Yulia Erdmann brings her expertise and passion to our property management team, making a significant impact every day. With a degree in Accounting and a solid background in Property Management, Yulia is well-prepared for her role and thrives on the challenges she encounters.
Yulia loves working with a talented and supportive team, finding it incredibly rewarding. Her professional goal is to continue learning and mastering new technologies to stay ahead in her field. Overcoming obstacles on a daily basis is a testament to her dedication and perseverance.

Outside of work, Yulia is passionate about family and travel, spending her free time exploring new places with her kids. A fun fact about Yulia? She has a passion for cooking and baking, and most of her family meals are made from scratch.

Cheyenne Montague
Property Manager
With more than eight years of experience in property management, Cheyenne Montague brings expertise across single-family, multi-family, condominium, and HOA-managed properties — overseeing more than 50 properties and thousands of units throughout her career. Having built her foundation in the California market, she is currently completing her Washington State credentials and is fully committed to serving inTrust clients with the same proven excellence she is known for.
Cheyenne's philosophy is simple: meet clients where they are. She has led complex projects — including a full seismic-strapping installation for a 25-unit Los Angeles high-rise and a third-floor structural remediation for a condominium association — and is equally skilled at rebuilding trust with residents through patient, respectful communication. A CAI member and active YMCA volunteer, her clients say it best: she gets the job done, and they always know exactly where things stand.
Cheyenne chose property management because she believes every home deserves to be cared for with the same attention she gives her own. Outside of work, she and her husband Ben are kept happily busy by their four-year-old daughter Delle — cheering her on at ballet, gymnastics, and swim lessons, making Disney memories, and escaping to the family's beach house in Ocean Shores. At inTrust Property Management, Cheyenne isn't just managing properties — she's helping families protect what matters most.
Adam Stuhlfaut
Director of Operations, Business Development & Marketing
Adam Stuhlfaut brings exceptional business acumen and marketing expertise to his role as Director of Operations and Marketing at inTrust Property Management. A summa cum laude MBA graduate from Babson College's top-ranked entrepreneurship program, Adam oversees operations for five thriving businesses within the Mill Creek Real Estate Center, including RE/MAX Town Center, inTrust Property Management, Inspired Homes, Motto Mortgage, and Sound Escrow.
His entrepreneurial journey includes founding and successfully scaling multiple businesses, where he developed innovative marketing strategies and proprietary customer experience systems. Adam's expertise in building referral networks and creating engaging community events has consistently driven business growth and customer loyalty throughout his career.
Passionate about education and professional development, Adam holds a Washington state license to teach Continuing Education courses to real estate agents. He excels at developing training programs and marketing initiatives that create meaningful connections with customers and enhance team performance.

Karim Khoury
Owner
Karim has over 17 years of experience in real estate and mortgage sales, marketing, and management in the Puget Sound Region. Karim started his real estate career with Century 21 in 2000 and has owned two John L. Scott Franchises; switching brands in 2009 to RE/MAX. He opened inTrust Property Management to better serve homeowners and investors with a comprehensive experience where the real estate agent and the property management company work together to deliver A to Z service for real estate investments.
